Turner, Lee
Lee practices as a trial lawyer with a focus on insurance and personal injury law, with experience in spinal cord and brain injuries. He has trial experience in both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia as well as the B.C. Court of Appeal.
Lee is known for his vigorous work ethic, thorough preparation and his results-oriented approach. He is a member of the British Columbia and Canadian Bar Associations and the British Columbia Trial Lawyers Association. He is an active member in our community and has been involved as a board member for various organizations. He is past President of the YMCA-YWCA of the Central Okanagan, a former Chairman of the Elders Board at First Baptist Church Kelowna, and is currently a director of Brain Trust Canada which is more commonly known as the Central Okanagan Brain Injury Society or COBIS.
When not in the office, Lee enjoys spending time with his three children. His hobbies include weight lifting, playing hockey and tennis, and the many other outdoor sporting activities that the Okanagan has to offer.
Lee was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in May of 1994. Before receiving his law degree in 1993 from the University of Saskatchewan, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with distinction. Lee is a regular participant at the British Columbia Trial Lawyers Association and Continuing Legal Education conferences as part of his commitment to stay current on the latest developments in the law. Lee has been one of the managing partners of the firm since 1999.
