Fixed Price Services for Employers

 

At Doak Shirreff we are constantly striving to find alternative means of providing our client necessary high quality legal services but with a view of providing such services in the most cost effective manner.  Using this philosophy, the Employment Law team at Doak Shirreff have introduced a new fixed-price service for employers in two of the most often required components of employment law:  the Employment Agreement Package and the Termination Package.

  • The Employment Agreement Package will provide you with one hour of legal services with an experienced employment lawyer and a custom-made employment agreement that is compliant with the applicable employment law legislation and provides employers with the safeguards of a legally enforceable termination clause that will reduce your potential monetary exposure when terminating employees.
    • We are offering this package of services for the flat rate of $595.00 plus taxes.
  • The Termination Package offers employers one hour of legal services with an experienced employment lawyer who can review the particular facts of your anticipated termination then provide you with a comprehensive memo of law on termination of employees in B.C. with suggested termination package ranges that will help employers thwart claims for wrongful termination. The package will also include a Termination Letter that can be printed on your letterhead and a Full and Final Release.
    • We are offering this package of services for the flat rate of $1,295.00 plus taxes.

By offering the most common legal document requirements for employers at a fixed-price we are striving to provide necessary legal services to current employers as well as start-ups looking to hire their first employee.  The packages will provide employers piece of mind in knowing that they are legally protected from the most common legal issues all at a low, fixed price.
