  • Corporate, mergers, acquisitions, securities and tax advice;
  • Mediation, arbitration and litigation of disputes;
  • Employment matters, consulting and management contracts and union matters;
  • Corporate finance, secured transactions and banking;
  • Corporate governance; and
  • Redevelopment and subdivision of private resource lands.
