Danielle Marshall

Danielle graduated from the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law, in 2016. Upon graduating, Dani articled with Doak Shirreff Lawyers LLP where she assisted lawyers and clients with a wide variety of matters. She now focuses on developing a solicitors practice with a specific interest in real estate, business law, and estate planning. Prior to articling, she held student positions at Worksafe BC and the BC Ministry of Justice.

Born and raised in Kelowna, the Okanagan is my home and I look forward to establishing my legal career in the area.I practice primarily in real estate, strata, wills and estates, and business law as I enjoy helping clients explore their options and take positive steps, whether that might entail crafting and tailoring an estate plan, starting and growing a business, or buying or selling property. I appreciate that legal issues are often intimidating and complicated, and I aim to demystify the process. I am always determined to meet each client’s needs and expectations in an efficient and cost-effective manner, and I take pride in developing meaningful relationships with clients in order to meet both short term and long term goals.

I enjoy travelling – among highpoints are surfing my way up Australia’s east coast, hiking a volcano in Bali, and taking in the stunning views at the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland. While I have spent considerable time away from Kelowna to attend university in London, Ontario, and Victoria, BC, I was drawn back to the Okanagan not only for the outdoor lifestyle, but because Kelowna offers unique career opportunities as a growing city, and I am excited to be a part of that growth. I enjoy taking an active role in the community in various volunteer roles, including as a coach with a local volleyball club and as a member of the TEDxKelowna planning committee. You can otherwise find me outside hiking, kayaking, cycling, skiing, or playing beach volleyball.
