I enjoy advising strata corporations, property managers and individual owners on issues impacting the place they call home.
Each strata issue is unique and often impacts the strata community as a whole. My goal is to alleviate the stress surrounding these circumstances by providing creative solutions in a time and cost effective manner. I am passionate about working collaboratively with my clients to find practical solutions that assist them in both the short and long term. By taking the time to build relationships with my clients, I am able to learn what is important to them, which enables me to provide advice that best suits their objectives.
I advise clients on all issues that affect strata corporations, property managers, and individual owners from development, daily governance, and litigation matters.
