Ab practices exclusively in the area of personal injury law and ICBC claims. He’s been doing that now for about 25 years. He brings a detailed understanding of complex legal issues, and he’s helped his clients recover damages for a wide scope of complicated medical issues, including muscular injuries, fractures, herniated discs, chronic pain disorders, emotional issues, brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.
My interest is in helping people through the difficult times following a car accident. I have compassion for what they and their families are going through. I consider it my job to make things easier for them, both in the days after an accident and in the long term. I deal with insurance companies so my clients don’t have to. I advance the claims of my clients with energy, creativity, and tenacity.
I grew up in Kelowna. My family moved here in 1967. I got my science degree (Physiology) at UVic and my law degree at UBC, then I moved back to Kelowna to raise my own family. I’ve proudly practiced at this firm my whole career. When I’m not in my office, my family and I are out on the lake, or on our bikes in the forest, or up at Big White. It’s tough to beat the Okanagan!
