Kimberley Allardyce

Associate

My practice primarily focuses on family law which includes marriage and separation agreements, uncontested divorces, unbundled services, and assisting clients navigate any issues arising from a separation. I also work within the firm’s civil litigation group.

I am no stranger to the court room and have appeared frequently before the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia. Despite my court experience, I am a strong advocate for resolving disputes outside of the court room through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. I actively listen to my client’s concerns to ensure that each client receives the best advice and approach for their individual circumstances.

I understand that this is a stressful time for my clients, and they can count on me to maintain a calm and levelheaded presence. I am also known for my strong analytical skills and enjoy helping my clients find solutions for seemingly impossible situations.

Outside of work, I can be found with my young family up on the ski hill, at the beach, or participating in community events. In my limited spare time, I foster cats and kittens for the Okanagan Human Society and volunteer with the Kelowna Minor Basketball Association.

I am fluent in French and English.
