Alison recently moved to Kelowna and is developing a solicitors practice. Focusing on real estate and business law, she works efficiently with a keen eye for detail. Growing up in a family that owned and operated a successful business, Alison has an inside perspective and greater sensitivity to what it takes to own and manage a company.
I practice in real estate and business law because it allows me to work with people who are making positive steps towards their long terms goals. I meet a diverse range of people on a daily basis, and I enjoy taking the time to learn about their objectives. Every situation is unique, and understanding a client’s interests helps me develop a comprehensive plan to protect those interests.
I appreciate that the law and legal procedures can be complex, and de-mystifying the law for my clients is the most rewarding part of my job. By considering a client’s perspective and the whole of their circumstances I can offer meaningful advice and ensure they have the confidence and understanding to make key decisions.
Over the last decade I have been fortunate enough to travel much of the world. My travel experiences have landed me in Kelowna not only for its water and weather, but also because it provides the opportunity to develop a dynamic career balanced with the outdoor lifestyle I enjoy. Whether I am mountain biking, hiking, swimming, or cross-country skiing there is always something to do here.
