Alison’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate, commercial leasing (both landlord and tenant), and business law. This range of service allows Alison to assist clients who are incorporating and structuring their business, buying or selling an existing business, undertaking real estate development (regardless of size), and any commercial leasing matter. Alison works as part of Doak Shirreff’s solicitor team and provides timely and sound advice to all her clients.

Taking the time to learn about my client’s background and goals allows me to understand their unique circumstances and to become a trusted advisor, this in turn puts me in a position to offer the best advice and service to my clients. By providing thorough and custom work for each client I present solutions to my client’s problems and practical strategies for their future.
I am fortunate to now call Kelowna home after having the opportunity to travel extensively. I am an avid mountain biker and trail runner, but I spend most of my time on the trails trying to keep up with my two dogs.
