I assist clients with creating estate plans custom to their unique circumstances, including potential incapacity planning, and after a person passes, I assist their personal representative with the administration of the estate.
Not all estates are simple and easy and in disputed estates. I work hard to create solutions for those clients and carefully work them through the difficult and sometimes emotional dispute they are going through.
I also assist strata corporations and/or owners in their strata law needs, from drafting bylaws, enforcing bylaws, governance, strata litigation, etc.
I enjoy finding creative, practical solutions for my clients that meet their needs and goals.
When I am not working, you can find me skiing, walking my dogs or gardening.

Taeya's Areas of Practice:
Managing a person’s estate following his or her death can be an overwhelming and emotional task, particularly for anyone appointed as executor.
It’s not uncommon for disputes to arise when loved ones lose the ability to make decisions on their own, or after they pass away.
The number of strata properties has grown exponentially in recent years and this rapid growth has been accompanied by changing legislation and filing requirements.
